How it works › Change requests

How change requests work.

Once your site and system are live, keeping them fresh is simple: one change request each cycle, and one request can carry as many tweaks as you like. Here's the whole journey, exactly as it looks inside your portal. Every card flips — hover or tap to read more.

One a cycle

Your plan includes change requests on a set cycle — how often depends on your plan. It resets automatically; no rollover, no surprises.
