How change requests work.
Once your site and system are live, keeping them fresh is simple: one change request each cycle, and one request can carry as many tweaks as you like. Here's the whole journey, exactly as it looks inside your portal. Every card flips — hover or tap to read more.
Your plan includes change requests on a set cycle — how often depends on your plan. It resets automatically; no rollover, no surprises.
One request can hold as many separate tweaks as you like. Stack them into a bundle and send it as one.
We read every item, confirm what is in-scope, and get to work — usually scheduled within one business day.
A summary, scope of works, your brief and the receipt are all filed straight to your SharePoint.
Start a change request.
Choose how to begin — write it yourself, or upload a brief straight from your SharePoint. Your past requests and their status sit right here too.
If you upload a brief, we read it and draft the change items for you, so you start with a head-start instead of a blank page.

What kind of change?
Tell us the flavour of the change — website, content, an automation tweak, or a brand-new feature. Pick the closest match; you can mix types across items.
“New feature” is flagged as SCOPED — we quote and confirm it before any work, so nothing unexpected ever lands on an invoice.

Spell out one change: where it lives, a summary, when you need it, how urgent it is, the full details, and any files (PDF, JPG, PNG, DOCX).
Everything you type and attach is kept together as a single, self-contained item — clear enough for us to action without a back-and-forth.
Bundle your items.
Stack as many changes as you like into this one request. Each item is its own card — reorder, duplicate, edit or remove before you send.
We treat the whole bundle as your request for the cycle, and work through every item in it — one request, many tweaks.
Review & submit.
Check the full bundle in one place, then submit. The allowance card shows exactly what is covered ($0) and anything out-of-bundle billed at $999.
Items inside your allowance are free. Anything beyond it is priced up-front at $999 so you always approve the cost before it happens.
Check it, then send it.
Once submitted, this bundle becomes your request for this cycle.
Got it. We're on it.
You get a request number and a confirmation. Nothing else to chase — we take it from here.
A summary, scope of works, your brief and the receipt are generated and filed to your SharePoint automatically, then we email you once it's scheduled.

Your bundle is in the queue. We'll email you when it's scheduled — usually within one business day.
You ask. We build. It's filed.
One request a cycle, every item worked through, and every document back in your SharePoint — no logins to juggle.
